I Want to Find Email Addresses for a List of People
The Batch Email Finder lets you upload a spreadsheet with names and company domains to find multiple email addresses at the same time. Great for building contact lists or preparing outreach campaigns.
Prepare Your Spreadsheet
Create a CSV or Excel file with these columns:
- first_name: The person's first name
- last_name: The person's last name
- domain: The company website (like "company.com")
Example file:
first_name,last_name,domain
John,Smith,acme-corp.com
Sarah,Johnson,techstartup.io
How to Upload and Process
- Go to the Batch Email Finder page in your account
- Drag and drop your CSV or Excel file, or click to browse
- Check the box if your file has headers (column names)
- Review the cost estimate and available credits
- Click "Create Batch" to start processing
What Happens During Processing
- Your file is checked for errors and duplicates
- Processing happens in the background
- You can leave the page and come back later
- Status updates automatically
Check Your Results
- Look at the Recent Batches table
- Click the status to see progress
- Click Download when complete
- Results show found emails and processing details
Understanding Costs
- 1 credit for each successful email find
- 0 credits for emails not found
- Duplicates are removed automatically to save costs
- See the cost estimate before uploading
File Requirements
- Format: CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files
- Size: Up to 5MB
- Rows: Up to 10,000 per batch
- Headers: Optional, but recommended

Q: How long does batch processing take?
A: Small batches finish in minutes, large ones may take hours depending on system load.
Q: Can I cancel a batch?
A: Once started, batches cannot be canceled but will complete processing.
Q: What if my batch fails?
A: Failed batches don't cost credits. You can upload the file again.
Q: Can I process different types in one batch?
A: Each batch is either email finding OR validation, not both.
Q: How do I download results?
A: Click the Download button next to completed batches. Choose CSV or Excel format.
